JOB SUMMARY
Our Territory Managers develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinical account personnel by providing solutions to improve the clinical outcomes for patients. Territory Managers are responsible for meeting revenue and profitability goals in their assigned territory, which is accomplished by delivering exceptional service, selling all Apria products, and increasing market share.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with leadership to develop specific strategies to achieve sales, customer satisfaction and profitability goals.
  • Ensures order and prescription documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing accounts and referral sources in order to foster growth.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Instruct referral sources on the use and application of Apria products and services by educating them on treatment options using presentations and clinical data.
  • Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts ensuring the correct information is sent to reimbursement offices for billing and collection.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries and orders; including partnering with branch team members to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Communicate and explain Medicare and private insurance reimbursement guidelines.
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share by conducting sales calls via telephone and in person visits to establish new relationships with referral sources in the medical community.
  • Create a call plan and log sales calls along with the decisions and outcomes into the company customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Achieve territory specific performance goals regarding sales, sales calls and growth.
  • Use Apria reports and data to identify referral targets.

Minimum Required Qualifications (External):
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
  • At least one-year related experience is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, successfully meeting or exceeding established quotas is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
  • An active, valid Driver’s License and auto insurance per Apria policy is required at all times.
  • Will be required to drive personal vehicle.
