We are seeking a temporary Registered Nurse (RN) Interviewer to assist with the assessment of new Healthcare Professionals interest in using our CareRev platform. This temporary position is a great opportunity to use your clinical expertise to empower your peers to take control of their careers while helping healthcare facilities meet their staffing needs. The ultimate impact will be improved patient care!
What You’ll Do:
- Review resumes to identify promising healthcare professional leads interested in using our platform.
- Ensure professionals are qualified for appropriate specialty to match facility requirements and that all corresponding documentation including resume reflect that experience.
- Accurately log all interview notes and outcomes within our system including information needed to be communicated to cross functional teams such as prior work history, shift preference, years of experience and any special skills and requirements.
- Assess clinical education, experience and specialty expertise in comparison to facility staffing needs.
- Collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to help improve the interview process and experience.
- Conduct telephone interviews via outbound calls to validate experience and further assess knowledge, skills, competencies and interpersonal skills of professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- An active RN license in any US state
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and interviewing best practices is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience working in a hospital as an RN
- Proven ability to assess interpersonal skills and job requirements
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
- An understanding of healthcare facilities/professionals and their roles
- Experience working in a hospital setting within the last 2 years
The anticipated salary range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. If given an offer, the exact salary amount offered will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of work equipment
- Ability to set up home office to include desk and chair
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Prolonged periods of working on a computer
