Essential Job Duties
Physiological analysis of plants exposed to stress. Establishing protocols for measuring physiological response, detailed recording of responses, establishing SOPs and protocols for analysis. Assistance with sample collection. Processing of RNA, RNA-Seq Library construction. Some data analysis, writing, and general laboratory work as needed including media prep and diswashing.
