Job Description

Summary:We are looking to grow a new Cruise department and are looking to hire Temp Customer Service reps to help start up this new department. This team will test the platform, provide feedback to the tech team, manage chat bot, and assist clients with cruise bookings made on the site, including manage cabin selection, book shore excursions, and upsell travel insurance when the product is launched.


Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of air bookings (routing, scheduling, airfare rules)
  • Great attention to detail, to audit transactions from end to end
  • Understanding of traveler’s insurance with ability to upsell
  • Ability to manage cabin selection
  • Must have cruise experience (riverboat cruise experience a plus)
  • Strong customer service skills (ability to manage phone calls, answering client questions with confidence and precision)
  • Leisure travel experience (pre/post cruise excursions)
  • Tech savvy (will be instrumental in perfecting a user friendly booking platform)
  • Ability to manage payments for cruises (ensuring funds are charged correctly)


$20.00 - $25.00 per hour, limited weekend coverage
