Position Summary

  • Provide user training and product support for clients
  • Research needs and provide solutions for new technology needed both in-house and for client deployments
  • Provide general product training to all team members
  • Create/update and maintain blueprints for hardware deployments for new construction and existing facilities
  • Schedule technicians for installations and service calls, including holding prequalification calls before dispatching a technician and support for onsite technicians
  • Support both Client Success and Project Management teams providing assistance in client design meetings and any technical questions a team member may have about a product being installed


Qualifications

  • Proficient in video surveillance and access control system installation and programming
  • Extensive experience in installing building cabling infrastructures including telecom installations using 66 & 110 blocks, 25-pair cables, and extending DMARCs,
  • Proficient in analog, digital, and IP telephone and paging system installation and programming
