Job Description

The DSI User Enablement team is seeking technical analyst to help us achieve our mission to drive adoption of the GEICO Data Hub. With your background as a highly motivated, team-oriented, and process-driven technical analyst with great customer service skills you can help us transform GEICO to be a data-driven company.
The selected candidate will be part of a group that creates new enterprise reports and drives user enablement across the organization. This position offers fantastic opportunities to learn and grow!
What you will do
- Own the GEICO Data Hub SharePoint site and all of its related content
- Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand the software that
drives the GEICO Data Hub. Then document a comprehensive set of training
material, instructions and best practices
- Prepare and deliver in person and recorded training sessions
- Provide hands-on support for other teams as they begin on-boarding to the
GEICO Data Hub- Develop and maintain a roadmap for the GEICO Data Hub SharePoint site
- Prepare other internal and/or external communications as needed
Technical Experience/Skills Required- Solid working knowledge of the SQL query language and relational
database concepts
- -Experience working with Power BI or another Enterprise Reporting tool
- Experience maintaining a SharePoint site
- Familiarity with ETL concepts
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects in a dynamic
environment
- Ability to quickly learn software and technical concepts
- Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
Additional Skills Preferred:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology & framework- Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps

Annual Salary

$76,000.00 - $157,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
