Job-Title: Sharepoint Administrator

Job Location: Rockville, MD

Responsibilities:

·Support the information repository for the Network Services team. This information repository is currently in SharePoint.

·Create, edit and modify the files or its content stored in the SharePoint which includes various formats such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Notepad, etc;

·Redesigning/reorganizing the SharePoint site, developing a file naming format and directory tree structure.

·Creating processes and documentation to ensure that the information repository is continually updated and maintained.

Requirements:

·Must have SharePoint administration experience.

·Must have experience with the collection, organization, and administration of technical information.

·Technical writing, to include training material, technical documentation, and process documentation.

·Organizational skills and process development.

·Microsoft Office applications, to include Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

·IT asset/inventory management.

·Data analysis, generating reports, weekly status reports.
