The Product Development Team includes Product, Engineering, and Quality and coordinates cross-functionally with several stakeholders inside and outside the company. We use Agile and SCRUM principles to drive development for our software and a more traditional concurrent engineering approach for our hardware devices. Everything we do can help a patient become healthier. You will join a talented team working to find creative, scalable solutions to respiratory and other chronic diseases.
Let’s Talk About The Role

In the role, you will coordinate with team members to document product requirements and workflows for internal and external stakeholders. A critical component of this role is to work with Product Management, QA, and Engineering to develop and maintain a persistent set of requirements that identify user needs, system functionality, and configuration options for current, released products as well as product changes in the development pipeline.

• Provide design, reliability and other technical feedback to R&D.
• Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts.
• Provide updates to technical product documentation as issues are identified and fixed.
• May prepare responses regarding company products, drugs, or diseases and refers in-depth technical inquiries to medical personnel.
• Prepare literature for new products and revise existing literature.
• This role will require knowledge of product areas, current developments, and keeping abreast of current literature.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize additional data from other sources as needed.
• Occasionally leads the work of project teams and might formally train junior staff.
• The primary objective of Technical Writing specialization within Product Development (QA) Job Family is to produce high-quality technical documentation for the targeted audience.
• Builds productive internal/external working relationships.

• 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Writing or related job function
• Experience generating technical and visual instructions
• Experience with computer systems such as JIRA/Confluence/Word/Excel

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Base Pay Range for this position:
$64,000 - $96,000
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
