Role Overview


As a key member of our team, you'll have a hand in shaping the future of Mull IT. You'll be spearheading internal projects, diving into helpdesk support, and taking the initiative to drive our service offerings to new heights. While keeping our customers happy is our main goal, in your downtime, you'll work on internal projects that help our business grow and learn cool new skills along the way.


Since we're a young, small, and growing company, there's flexibility in how this position evolves. We're open to tailoring it to fit your strengths and aspirations, giving you the chance to grow and shape your role within the company.


Your Tasks


  • Create technical documentation that is clear and easy to understand
  • Help our clients when they have tech troubles. Most of the time, you'll do this from your computer, but sometimes you might need to see them in person. You’ll answer calls and utilize our ticketing system to stay on top of issues
  • Lead projects that make our company better


Requirements


  • Make sure to quickly deal with any tech issues or questions
  • Located in the Greater Nashville area
  • Someone who’s excited to learn and grow
  • Experience with the technologies listed below, or demonstrated ability to learn them quickly
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Good at talking to people and working in a team
  • Always be friendly and professional with clients
  • Have a dedicated workspace with stable internet connection

  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
  • PowerShell, batch, and Mac scripting
  • Business firewalls, switches, and wireless access points from Fortinet and Ubiquiti
  • Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Office desktop applications
  • The CIS 18 Critical Security Controls
  • Windows 10, Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android

  • Automate aspects of M365 implementations with PowerShell
  • Connect our SaaS tools to our ticketing platform through API
  • Improve MacOS onboarding with improvements with our Mac MDM
  • Automate customer onboarding with Zapier and Power Automate
  • Implement M365 management with Cyberdrain's CIPP framework
  • Implement Intune MDM, MAM, Autopilot
