Job Description
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
We seek a talented Technical Curriculum Developer to design and develop instructional materials and courses to educate web professionals on industry best practices and the Duda web design platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical education, instructional design, and curriculum development.

We serve many customers, from freelance web professionals and digital marketing agencies to SaaS platforms up to the world's largest hosting companies and online publishers.
What You’ll Do
  • Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the curricula
  • Keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure the relevance of the curricula
  • Conduct research and analyze industry trends to determine the best practices for technical training and education
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop multimedia content such as videos, audio recordings, and interactive online tutorials
  • Write clear, concise, and engaging instructional materials such as course outlines, video scripts, and assessments
  • Develop and design technical curricula for various levels of technical professionals
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of the curricula and make necessary adjustments to improve the learning outcomes
What You’ll Bring
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • A plus is a proficiency with eLearning and design software such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical education and training.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Experience in the web design space preferred

Lastly, we offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package, including base salary and equity. We ensure equal pay for equal work and value diversity and inclusion. While compensation offers will ultimately be based on the candidate’s skills and experiences, the minimum of what you can expect for this position is $100,000. The actual offer will vary depending on the candidate's skills and competencies.
