Job Description

Our client is currently looking Technical Coordinator to join their team in Stamford Connecticut.


Tasks will include:

  • Ensure required documentation is in place (E.g. Purchase Orders, Service Reports, Certificates and Invoices).
  • Monitor and ensure routine services are completed in accordance to the requirements and frame agreements.
  • Assist crew/supts with remote troubleshooting solutions either via internal resources or with makers/suppliers.
  • Where necessary, coordinate with all stakeholders (e.g. Vendor, Ship staffs, Supt, Purchaser) to ensure services are delivered effectively and completed in a timely manner.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Acceptable technical and educational experienced as approved by executive management which may include the following:
  • Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in similar role.
  1. Knowledge of procurement, logistics and supply chain practices and procedures.
  2. Experience in developing, measuring and driving processes for contract and inventory control and management.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the US
