Must Haves:

• Be at least 15 years old

• Humble, hungry and emotionally smart

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude while conducting all duties

• Sufficient physical strength to lift items from 10-30 pounds

• Lives in the Indianapolis area

The Gig:

• Builds relations with customers, team, vendors, community, and neighbors

• Leads by example and maintains fast, accurate service, awesome guest experiences

• Uses coaching to improve employee performance

• Responsible for daily and weekly accounting procedures

• Responsible for proper handling of banking transactions

• Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction

• Ensures a safe working environment for customers and the team
