We are a revenue cycle management company that works with dentists, dental offices and DSOs in the United States. Our mission is to ensure dentists get paid by eliminating insurance strain. Our dental billing systems and processes allow our employees to work all aspects of the full revenue cycle system efficiently, to increase revenues for dental practices and groups.

Position Summary:

Dental Claim Support is seeking an eager, ‘outside of the box’, Team Lead who can positively inspire and motivate team members in achieving daily and monthly goals. As the Team Lead, you will serve as the single point of accountability for the day-to-day management of Remote Dental Billers on your team and for the business, based on the utilization of the company’s mission, vision and values.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct Client Orientations
• Proper posting of insurance payments
• Reviewing insurance denials and actively working accounts for payment
• Maintain team budget for incentivizing and rewarding team members
• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure a continued partnership
• Accurate billing and queueing of patient statements
• Accurate notation of patient accounts
• Sending insurance claims
• Payor website utilization
• Build rapport, develop team, train, and coach as needed.
• Ensuring timely filing of all claims
• Required adjustments taken on insurance payments
• AR reports worked diligently and routinely
• Create and maintain your schedule to ensure your team’s success.
• Providing necessary information and documentation requested by insurance companies for claim payment
• Utilizing HIPAA guidelines at all times

Success Criteria:

• Highly organized and tech savvy
• Encourage and lead a team to decrease outstanding claims aging, while simultaneously increase insurance collections
• Be proactive in regards to KPIs
• Highly communicative with biller and clients to build and foster relationships

Requirements:

• Well-organized, clear communicator, diligent work ethic, and proficient computer skills
• Maintain current status with Accounts Receivables
• Multi-Tasker
• High School diploma or GED; some college coursework preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and billing
• Knowledge of government, commercial and third party payor regulation
• Knowledge of CPT coding, ICD 10 and ADA coding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Google Drive a plus!
• 3+ years billing and collections experience in a dental office

Compensation:

• $50,000+ salary commensurate with experience
