Job Description
Overview

They take ownership of the candidate experience in the application process with a "guest first" mindset and are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing requests, completing reports, delivering quality on-site experiences, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Talent Experience Advisor makes transactions feel like part of the experience. The Talent Experience Advisor will play a critical role in the Talent Acquisition team, facilitating the candidate's onsite experience and ensuring it is reflective of the St. Jude brand, providing an exceptional experience to both our internal business partners, the candidates, and those impacted.
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's degree required
Minimum Experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in hospitality or Human Resources in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
