Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our renewable energy client's team. This position will be hunting for their technical renewable team, uncovering passive talent to join their growing team.


Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business, Marketing or in a related field highly preferred


Experience:

• Must have 1+ year of experience in boolean searching across multiple platforms including social media

• Experience with CRM and recruitment marketing systems and processes

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a consultative recruitment role, corporate or agency, in a related industry

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in renewables

• Experience working with senior-level leaders on strategic approaches to talent acquisition and retention

• Experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing talent

• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies

• Prefer experience in Saba TalentLink and/or Greenhouse ATS

• Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting


Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for his or her assigned requisitions; and building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources, community organizations, and other recruiting sources. The Talent Acquisition Partner is also responsible for developing new, creative recruiting ideas employing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, and utilizing approved venues to identify and recruit appropriate candidates to fill positions at all levels. The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in ensuring that the Company hires the best possible talent for all positions.


Essential Responsibilities:

• Handle sourcing and recruiting for his or her assigned requisitions

• Develop new recruiting ideas

• Discover qualified candidates to fill positions

• Build and sustain relationships within the organization and externally

Skills/Knowledge:

• Strong sourcing skills utilizing techniques such as advanced Boolean searches

• Strong social media skills, including utilizing and actively participating in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to generate candidate leads

• A positive attitude, highly motivated and the ability to maintain a culture that is based on teamwork, respect, and integrity

• Skills using Power BI or other data analysis tools a plus

• Professional and approachable demeanor with the ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships

• Passion for innovative recruitment solutions, excellent customer service, and process improvement

• The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, have a bias for action and deliver results

• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgment and integrity in day-to-day decisions

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
