Job Description


JOB TITLE/Position: TA Operation Strategy Consultant (100% Remote)


  • NOTE: Our ideal candidate will have experience project managing enterprise-wide system implementations and integrations as well as advanced MS Office skills.


LOCATION: 100% Remote


JOB SUMMARY:


This role is responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition in launching complex initiatives, implementing new programs and processes, and creating enhanced resources to support a customer centric experience. This individual provides consulting and storytelling through data, project management and an unwavering drive to manage the experience of each stakeholder throughout all changes across the Talent Acquisition landscape.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist in development and design of new highly complex programs & systems
  • Takes an integrated approach to ensure initiatives align to the Company determined growth and profit goals
  • Develops and enhances communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, and processes.
  • Analyzes statistical data as it relates to programs, projects and processes of moderate complexity; provides action alternatives for improvement as appropriate. Anticipates and makes recommendations to solve market specific implications of business strategies
  • Provides support in removing barriers for outcomes, testing and piloting, execution and hyper care across new and existing systems
  • Demonstrates solid business knowledge, partnership, strategic vision and the ability to manage several large-scale projects simultaneously


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • This job has no supervisory duties.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


  • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:


  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.


FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:


  • Strong digital dexterity to compare and contrast multiple datasets, create visuals, narrate insights and advise on needed changes to solve business problems
  • Strategic thinking, change agile problem solver who continuously challenges existing processes with a focus on technology and the experience layer
  • Strong project management skills -- estimating and managing capacity, time and budget
  • Moderate SharePoint architecture skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

The base range offered for the role is: $82,000 - $116,000 and may vary based on internal equity, and job-related skills, knowledge and experience; among other factors. Other financial components may be added as part of the competitive compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
