Job Description

**********THIS POSITION REQUIRES A TS/SCI + FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH**********

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

·Experience performing Windows administration

·Perform password resets, software installations, and respond to trouble tickets

·Ability to perform Windows 10 workstation builds and rebuilds

·Troubleshooting workstation networking, hardware, OS, etc. related issues

·Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting keyboards, mice, monitors, printers and UPS

·Demonstrated experience performing virus scans

·Experience patching Windows OS on workstations and/or servers

·Creating and providing access to share drives

·Active Directory system administration to include user and group creation/deletion/disabling

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

·Virtualization experience with Nutanix, VMWare, and/or Hyper-V

·Experience building, configuring, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting Linux and/or Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 on physical hardware and/or VMs

·Experience and/or knowledge of cloud providers and capabilities such as AWS, Azure, etc.

·Networking experience

·Data transfer and management
