Your role

Are you client centric and risk orientated? Are you detail oriented, even when multitasking?
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Team Lead like that to help us:
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from internal business partners and external clients.
  • Coordinating and oversight of our offshore team and external vendor.
  • Ensure all post close fees, revenue, and breaks are allocated and cleared.
  • Manage a complex and diverse portfolio of Agency deals and ensure all activities are processed timely and accurately.
  • Facilitate and ensure all stakeholders have completed their tasks prior to deal closing.
  • Engage and work with system and process enhancements as well as industry initiatives; i.e. Libor cessation.
  • Coordinate deal closing funding and ensure the deal is set-up accurately and in a timely manner with internal and external vendor systems.
  • Review Credit Agreements and provide feedback for operational servicing feasibility.
  • Coordinate with our Investment Banking Deal teams, Portfolio Managers, Legal, internal support functions, and clients to close new corporate loan transactions or amendments to existing deals.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Loan Services (GLS) team in Stamford, CT. GLS is responsible for the front to back operational lifecycle management of our corporate loans. This includes closing Primary Syndication Deals, Bi-lateral Direct Lending loans, Leverage Capital Markets and Global Markets trading desk.

Your expertise

  • Familiar with LSTA industry standards and corporate loan market preferred but not required
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Client centric and able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the firm
  • Technical aptitude with a drive to make processes more efficient and controls more robust through optimization and new technology (i.e. automation)
  • Strong organizational skills, concern for quality & accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Extremely attentive to detail

Salary information

CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
