Majesco is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead our Services Delivery business for the P&C portfolio. This leader will be responsible for on time, on budget and on quality services delivery for the portfolio. We are seeking a leader that embodies a hands-on management style, ability to lead from the front and ability to execute on a very aggressive timeline to deliver exceptional results.
All About the Role:

• Champion the development of a ‘knowledge-centric’ work product rather than ‘coding-centric’ work product to achieve the goal of quick and reliable high-quality MVP-approach based services delivery.
• Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Global Services, this role will oversee the teams responsible for the implementation services business for Majesco’s P&C business portfolio. This is a business role and demands a blend of customer centricity, domain knowledge, implementation services experience and appreciation of technology.
• Transform the Services workforce to a team of senior services experts/consultants/domain experts/lead developers/lead testers with deep knowledge of our products and implementation methodology by working closely with Services Transformation leadership.
• As a senior leader, effortlessly partner with Executive Leadership to align, execute, and continuously improve.
• Model behaviors conducive with our One Majesco Team culture which embraces diversity and provides the opportunity for every team member to thrive
• Attract, develop, and retain a high performing, highly engaged global team
• Achieve OKR (Objectives & Key Results) for the portfolio. This will include meeting EBITA targets, services delivery velocity through SAFe AGILE, ensuring design and conformance objectives and managing on time delivery.
• Lead from the front on achieving an SI-enabled delivery model where the design / advisory services rest with Majesco and configure/build/test services delivery rest with an SI partner. We need to achieve this maturity very expeditiously.

• Experience in implementing challenging projects in a compressed time scale.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional results in a short period of time. Embraces a strong drive for continuous improvement and execution
• Relishes shaping strategy, anticipates and interprets market changes, envisions the future, and defines strategic priorities for the business

Other Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience within a software services environment; at least 5 years in a P&L role
• Bachelor’s Degree (or global equivalent) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• 10+ years in a leadership role including experience building and developing a team

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $265,000. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
