The SVP of Insights and Analysis will work closely with our media teams, strategy team, and client to ensure that the right measurement strategies are in place, and proper data intelligence protocols are followed.


In this role, one will hold a prominent responsibility for the product development and support of enhancements to cross-channel measurement solutions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in many aspects of measurement and reporting for marketing campaigns spanning a variety of paid media channels (digital and offline). They will be challenged to work with the agency and client leadership teams to problem solve and identify opportunities where the application of smart analytic solutions can be delivered to create impact and drive greater business value. Profile


We're looking for a high-energy collaborator who is experienced working across complex pieces of business. You are required to have proven experience building strong relationships with both your team members and your client. With business acumen and client charisma you will navigate and understand the client's culture, business objectives and media strategy, and display an ability to support the team to deliver against these.


  • Initiate and represent Data Analytics, Multi-Touch Attribution and Data Warehouse Management
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies and measurement strategies
  • Set the vision for measurement, reporting and analytics across the full client
  • Support and drive the client test and learn philosophy for measurement
  • Oversee tools, technology and platforms utilized for the client
  • Grow the Marketing Data Science offering by building data products to go to market
  • Develop close working relationships with the client teams
  • Contribute and advise on staffing and hiring plans
  • Drive strategic thinking and leadership for data analytics, insights and innovation
  • Inspire team and stakeholders to generate and deliver powerful insights and fresh thinking
  • Build and go to market with an internal Media Mix Model, LTV, etc
  • Build and deliver the analytics strategy for the client


Qualifications
  • 10+ years’ experience in analytics with expertise in digital media and marketing attribution
  • Correlation analysis,
  • Client facing experience within media agencies or publishers highly desired
  • Segmentation analysis,
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics is a plus)
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Must have advanced modeling techniques to support attribution and investment allocation
  • Factor analysis,
  • Media Mix Modeling
  • Regression analysis,
  • Cluster analysis,
  • Strong mathematics or statistics background
  • Must have built a Media Mix Model in prior work experience.
  • Predictive modeling,
  • Advanced analytics skills with Excel, MS SQL, Power Pivot, R or Python
  • Must have experience in ALL of the following:
  • Creative/multivariate testing and tools
  • Experience with full funnel media planning and audience segmentation tactics

Additional Information


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $196K-$250K. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
