- Initiate and represent Data Analytics, Multi-Touch Attribution and Data Warehouse Management
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies and measurement strategies
- Set the vision for measurement, reporting and analytics across the full client
- Support and drive the client test and learn philosophy for measurement
- Oversee tools, technology and platforms utilized for the client
- Grow the Marketing Data Science offering by building data products to go to market
- Develop close working relationships with the client teams
- Contribute and advise on staffing and hiring plans
- Drive strategic thinking and leadership for data analytics, insights and innovation
- Inspire team and stakeholders to generate and deliver powerful insights and fresh thinking
- Build and go to market with an internal Media Mix Model, LTV, etc
- Build and deliver the analytics strategy for the client
- 10+ years’ experience in analytics with expertise in digital media and marketing attribution
- Correlation analysis,
- Client facing experience within media agencies or publishers highly desired
- Segmentation analysis,
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics is a plus)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Must have advanced modeling techniques to support attribution and investment allocation
- Factor analysis,
- Media Mix Modeling
- Regression analysis,
- Cluster analysis,
- Strong mathematics or statistics background
- Must have built a Media Mix Model in prior work experience.
- Predictive modeling,
- Advanced analytics skills with Excel, MS SQL, Power Pivot, R or Python
- Must have experience in ALL of the following:
- Creative/multivariate testing and tools
- Experience with full funnel media planning and audience segmentation tactics
- Someone who is willing to travel, for client visits and internal alignment across the global teams
- A driven and ambitious leader with the natural ability to get the best out of others
- A strategic client partner who is focused on leading the client to the future
- An excellent and compelling presenter and communicator
- A proven collaborator who can navigate and influence across complex teams and different cultures
- A flexible work attitude, willing to work outside of regular office hours to accommodate all time zones
