Our Team


Vista is on the path to becoming the expert design and marketing partner for small businesses and this newly crafted role will be part of a highly motivated executive team who understands the mission-critical nature of people & culture to successfully transition the company from where it is today ($1.5BN, profitable, serving ~11MM small businesses customers around the world primarily with printed products) to the next level. Our CEO is convinced that a great company can’t be built without a strong and differentiating People & Culture proposition.


Reporting to the Vista CEO, you will lead a global HR team consists of approximately 100 professionals , geographically dispersed with a breadth of HR domains (partnerships, communications, DEI, talent acquisition & management). The Vista workforce is diverse, spanning direct labor and call center agents along with remote-first software engineers, user experience designers, product managers, marketing, and product team members.


As a leader in the Vista Executive Team (VET), you set the people agenda to attract, engage, develop, and retain top talent. Your past experience as an executive enables you to partner with your executive colleagues and form an impactful leadership team, transforming the way in which the company builds technology-powered products that customers love.


What You Will Do


  • Lead a highly motivated team of ~100 HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Communications, and Talent Functions who are excited for People & Culture to now have a seat at the executive table and look forward to taking accountability with this larger mission.
  • Engage, motivate and deliver impact across a diverse company with an employee base well over 6,000 across 15+ countries working in functions ranging from marketing, brand, manufacturing, user experience and technology to in-house - customer call center operations.
  • Advise the CEO and executive peers, on topics such as organizational design, critical hiring, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance coaching, talent assessment, change management, org communications, etc
  • Partner with additional businesses under the Cimpress umbrella to help influence and drive change where needed.
  • Define, build and reinvigorate our company culture, create a strong value proposition for talent acquisition and development, and support our move to empowered product teams. We look to innovate in support of our people.

  • You worked internationally, or had a role with an international remit
  • You've held a C-suite leadership position
  • You have first-hand experience working for a company that embodies customer-centricity and a strong people culture


Nice To Have


  • You have experience working with manufacturing operations or customer care
  • Advance HR certification (e .g., GPHR)
  • Public company experience
