Job Description
Experienced draftsman with experience drafting for a Land Surveying company or Engineering firm. Must be proficient in CAD, Carlson preferably. Must be able to produce various types of survey products: ALTA/NSPS land title surveys to include plotting and addressing title exceptions, Subdivision Plans, boundary surveys, & topographic surveys. Must be able to perform online deed research, zoning, SALDO, FEMA flood maps, and enter a PA One Call ticket. Must be able to plot deeds, subdivision and highway plans. Ability to resolve boundaries in a metes & bounds state a big plus. Tech savvy retirees are encouraged to apply as well as survey techs or draftsmen with at least 3 years drafting and office experience.
