Role Description

We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team in the Salt Lake City Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Has the roles of vendor, compliance, and support management.

Provides industry/technology training to our staff to keep them relevant.

Provides support to our teams to meet clients' demands.

Troubleshoots and resolves internal issues.

Manages vendor relations.

Responsible for developing and maintaining training materials for each role at our company.

Oversees quality and data security compliance.


The main responsibility of this position is to run the vendor management department. Vendor management consists of recruiting, vetting, qualifying, and onboarding independent contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Performing these tasks include doing virtual interviews, negotiating pricing, determining whether potential vendors meet our quality standards and if so, onboarding them into our company and inputting their information, contracts, etc. into our management system. As manager, you will be performing the same tasks as the individuals that you lead, as well as delegating assignments.


Compliance and support are less frequent, but still important responsibilities. As such, you will be learning functions of all the departments of the company including translation, interpretation, equipment, sales, accounting, etc., not only to provide better guidance to the vendor management team, but to also help in times of sickness, time off of other employees, large demand, etc. There isn't an expectation for the individual to know how to do everything. However, what is needed is someone who has a desire to learn and be proactive in that regard.


Creating and maintaining training materials and documentation for the roles that are in the company is also a role of the vendor management team.
