Job Description
This role will interface with the Travel Manager as a travel program point of contact. This role will support Client Management leaders and customer key contacts. Provide end to end support for day to day travel program maintenance and issue resolution. Provide general assistance for monthly reporting packages and ad hoc data. Interact and support client with day-to-day requests such as policy exception, crisis and post trip reporting support. This position is hiring for a shift between the hours of 12p - 8p (EST)

Qualifications:
  • A proven background in client servicing.
  • Minimum 3 years of working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, Amadeus)
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Motivated and flexible to accommodate both internal and external clients
  • At least five years’ experience in the travel industry with extensive experience of business/corporate travel operational reservation work flow procedures
  • Strong independent decision-making capability
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Excellent business writing skills, to ensure documentation is written in a clear and concise manner
  • Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and leverage strong working relationships
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the month end close i.e... Making certain accruals/reversals, updating templates for journal entry uploads
  • Assist with vendor programs partnering with Global Business Consulting or the Client Solutions Manager.
  • Provides functional support for MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data consolidation, analysis and client document needs.
  • Key point of contact for the client’s travel program assisting with tactical day to day navigation of support requests and travel information.
  • Facilitate end to end resolutions utilizing internal resources and partnering with GBT support groups.
  • Assist CFO and Controller on special projects and Ad hoc requests as needed
  • Gathers and shares best practices across clients.
  • Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective format.
  • Function as the key liaison between client management and Traveler Care to ensure program connectivity.
  • Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
