About The Role
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring our end-to-end supply chain operations. From forecasting product demand to ensuring efficient production and distribution, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, to forecast product demand accurately.
Oversee the production process to ensure timely and consistent availability of our products.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating rates and contracts for optimal supply chain performance.
Continuously evaluate and enhance supply chain metrics to improve efficiency.
Manage detailed inventories of materials and supplies across various locations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and global logistics advancements to position us for success in the marketplace.
Provide valuable insights on cost and availability implications for product development initiatives.
Regularly report progress, plans, and potential challenges to leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify opportunities for supply chain improvements.
Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supply chain management role.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
Good judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness.
Experience working remotely and effectively with distributed teams is a plus.
