We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our leadership team reporting directly to the CEO with the opportunity to make a great impact on our continued success!

What You Need for this Position
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or similar
5+ years experience in a Purchasing, Planning or Supply Chain role.
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others and alone
Detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to make profitable business decisions weighing risk and reward
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with an eye on commitments and deliverables
Strong organizational, people and relationship management and conflict management skills.
Strong negotiation skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, ERP/MRP systems, CRM (Hubspot preferred)
What You Will Be Doing
Owns quoting and estimating process. Includes creation of Pricing Matrix used to determine COGS.
Upon receipt of Sales Order, evaluates pricing matrix and makes the Make/Buy decisions for each component (determined by cost, lead time, quality, capability, and capacity)
Continuous assessment of supply chain strengths and weaknesses to identify and implement strategies to address weaknesses with a high sense of urgency
Set functional goals and metrics in line with Company goals
Set goals, support, develop and hold staff accountable for delivery to objectives
Key point of contact and relationship manager for all strategic suppliers
Develop, maintain and improve supplier relationships
Provide frequent feedback to suppliers in order to track vendor performance.
Initiate RFQs for all projects
Participates in some discovery calls with Sales and Engineering to identify possible sources of supply and manufacturing methods that may be employed to meet customer requirements
Responsible for PO generation process, scheduling of all external POs, and expediting of all orders
Responsible for coordinating logistics associated with all shipments (outbound, inbound and 3rd party) including maintaining a knowledgebase of geographical shipping requirements
Ensure final mile vendor materials are received expeditiously so all invoicing is automated from Vendor warehouses. Ensures BOMs and SOs are closed properly
Responsible for RO generation process and scheduling of all internal work orders
Responsible for all inventory management and control (in-house, supplier, in transit water and ground)
Contribute to and drive inventory positions and strategy.
Set and maintain stock levels and reorder points of materials enabling successful fulfillment of orders
