Job Description


The Corporate Supply Planning Operations organization (CSPO) is searching for a Supply Chain Integrator - Program Manager.

This role is a critical position helping to develop future supply chain capabilities in support of new products, technologies and enterprise programs.

The candidate will be a subject matter expert and advocate for CSPO across these supply chain transformations.

This role includes:

  • Driving the aligned voice for CSPO across programs by identifying, framing and articulating gaps based on knowledge of current planning systems/processes and scalable future needs.
  • May be asked to support/engage in day-to-day business challenges including orchestrating activities across organizational boundaries with both key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnering with a broad network of experts to lead supply chain planning capability analyses and design for new technologies, products and enterprise programs.
  • Collaborating with technical experts in the supply chain to describe and locate the required data elements required to create advanced analytics and data visualizations.
  • Conducting competitive analyses and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity to optimize Intel's supply chain.
  • Developing new processes and capabilities to comprehend the growing complexity of Intel's internal and external supply chain.

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's STEM degree or higher in Supply Chain, CS, IE or similar STEM degree.
8 + years of combined experience with one or more of the following:

  • Program and/or Project Management
  • Operation experience Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning
  • Business Solution Development to include: Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous Semiconductor Supply Chain experience
  • Supply Chain transformation experience
  • Experience with Executive and/or Management level communication across Stakeholders on status, actions, risks, and mitigation.
  • Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree or related degree.
  • Foundry or OSAT experience
  • Knowledge of advanced problem solving and business process mapping.
  • Advanced knowledge in supply planning and manufacturing flows.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $118,860.00-$196,720.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
