The Program Manager, Supplies will lead the supplies program for the Outbound and Inbound Operations teams across our 3 Authentication Centers. Reporting to the Vice President, Outbound, this person will partner with Supply Specialists, as well as Procurement and Accounting leadership, to oversee forecasting and ordering of supplies from existing vendors.


What You Get To Do Every Day


  • Develop new supply products and strategy
  • Implement and/or improve inventory management controls
  • Responsible for overseeing monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory counts
  • Lead Outbound and Inbound teams on all supply ordering and process
  • Implement and maintain supply program
  • Maintain accurate forecast aligned with Finance and Accounting teams
  • Vendor relationship management


What You Bring To The Role


Minimum Requirements:


  • Adaptability and openness to change

  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong executive presence and ability to tailor communication styles to suit all audiences
  • 3+ years of experience with developing and leading supply inventory management programs
  • Ability to Travel 20%

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results

The expected salary range for this role is $87,210.00 - $116,280.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
