- Develop new supply products and strategy
- Implement and/or improve inventory management controls
- Responsible for overseeing monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory counts
- Lead Outbound and Inbound teams on all supply ordering and process
- Implement and maintain supply program
- Maintain accurate forecast aligned with Finance and Accounting teams
- Vendor relationship management
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Self-starter - ability to work individually and within a team
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong executive presence and ability to tailor communication styles to suit all audiences
- 3+ years of experience with developing and leading supply inventory management programs
- Ability to Travel 20%
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Proficiency with Netsuite
