Job Description

Summary of Position:

The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for oversite and operations of the supply chain, including purchasing, returns management, warehouse, inventory, and order tracking functions.


  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Review purchasing documents for consistency and compliance including vendor and customer.
  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Support and execute other initiatives as requested by management.
  • Conducting data analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
  • Monitor processes to ensure speed, accuracy and risk management are all within company tolerance.
  • Implement strategy to ensure critical processes run effectively, implement and meet KPIs.
  • Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure the strategy is aligned with business direction and supports accomplishment of the overall business objectives.
  • Support and execute other initiatives as requested by management.
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce internal controls.
  • Works collaboratively with internal departments to execute strategies.
  • Guides decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

  • Desired Education, Technical Skills and/or Experience:

    Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business administration or related field

    5 years’ experience in a VAR setting

    7+ years' experience in supply chain management

    4+ years in logistics
