Supply Chain Analyst

Summary
Provide analytical expertise and leadership (no direct reports) to the Supply Chain team. Help develop the future analytics platform and processes using Snowflake, PowerBI, SAC, Fiori, RPA’s and potentially other off the shelf S&OP tools. Also help with data requirements for our S/4 HANA transformation including extraction, transformation and loading of US entity data. Support configuration and maintenance of material master data tables and background processes. Provide technical training and support to increase team’s analytical capability.
Details
Sales and Operations Planning

• Help develop reporting and teach other analysts to develop reports in PowerBI, SAC, Fiori, Excel, etc.
• Help roll out S&OP and ERP technology solutions.
• Help architect the data structure in Snowflake to enable deployment of reporting in PowerBI, SAC, Fiori, Excel, etc.
• Work cross functionally to transform existing business processes and create new best in class global analytical processes.
• Coach and train other supply chain staff in supply chain analytics topics
• Recognized as an expert in supply chain analytics and other analytical topics.
• Help implement and drive new supply chain and analytics process to increase maturity level of the organization.

Analytics/Metrics

• Provide In- depth analyses and insights for strategic and business initiatives
• Working with IT and other stakeholders, develop and deploy analytical tools and custom models to observe, progress, uncover insights in the data and automate analysis
• Drive data initiatives cross functionally and support the rollout of new tools
• Utilize and update business intelligence tools, systems, spreadsheets or outputs
• Support preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

Master Data/ERP (IT)

• Support definition and implementation of new business processes that will be used within the supply chain
• Configure and Maintain background process and master data tables in various programs
• Train new hires and provide support to material master settings and the corresponding effects

Projects / Continuous Improvement/Commutation

• Lead technical and analytical projects and CI initiatives
• Support definition and implementation of new business processes
• Continuously works to streamline processes, develop data tools, enhance reporting, and suggest improvements to improve efficiencies
• Provides presentations and reports supporting business initiatives

Other

• Operate independently with limited oversight from manager.
• Helps define what needs to be done and then deliver results.

Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Working experience with S&OP modeling tools (SAP IBP, etc)
• Deep understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of PowerBI & Snowflake (data consolidation, visualization)
• Experience working for a manufacturing company/within a manufacturing environment
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, BW/AFO, macros)

Education, Certifications/License & Work Experience

• Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma preferred
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
• CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
• Power BI, Snowflake, SQL certification preferred
• 10+ years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred

Salary: $72,072 - $81,081 annually based upon experience
