Job Description

Are you an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor? Are you passionate about mentoring a team to meet objectives?

Our Supervisor plans organize, helps staff, directs and controls the warehouse activities. The selection, training, and motivation of the workforce are key responsibilities. The Supervisor is accountable for achieving company objectives in regard to a safe workplace, properly trained workforce; labor cost efficiency, employee productivity, customer service, efficient storage, and accuracy.

Salary: $67,500

The successful candidate has:

  • Four years distribution supervisory/management experience leading a staff of 10+ employees in operations of at least 60,000 sq. ft.
  • Proven ability to listen to employee's needs and concerns, motivate, and create teams.
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Willingness to develop a team environment focused on hard work and having fun
  • Ability to successfully develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with WMS, metric-driven operations, labor, and resource management.
  • Attention to detail and possess strong communication skills
