INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:

A screening of applicants will take place at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. Applicants who apply after that date will only be screened and/or interviewed if a successful candidate is not selected from the applicant pool that applied prior to that date. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.



JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a program of recruitment, selection, staffing, and retention of highly qualified, competent and diverse applicants to positions delivering special education services within the school division. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruitment plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This position assists administrators to ensure fair and consistent application of personnel policies, regulations, and benefits.


SALARY:

Grade 17: $97,063 - $185,982 per year (competitive benefits)
