Superintendent Jobs

Working with a top general contractor within Illinois who specializes in the Education (K-12) and Aviation markets. They are looking to bring on a Superintendent to their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising mid to large size projects that range from $20 million up to $100 million+.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks and establish contingency plans
• Conduct on site meetings amongst all parties
• Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
• Collaborate with all parties involved
• Day to day supervision of a project and employees on site
• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
• Process / Submit submittals, orders, materials, labor
• Assure project meets its schedule and goals

Qualifications

• Experience with technology software's
• Knowledge of OSHA, health and safety
• Strong communication, organization, computer skills and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or Engineering,
• Demonstrated ability to monitor health and safety of a project
• 5-10 years of experience in project management or relevant fields

Salary

• $120,000 - $160,000+
