As a finance intern, you will have broad exposure to our global organizations and leadership teams. Your participation in special projects and strategic initiatives will be critical to overall success of our business strategies.

• Conduct market, industry, and category analysis and strategies
• Conduct modeling support
• Memphis, TN
• Review income and balance sheet statements, profit and loss statements, and consolidated statements
• Northridge, CA
• Minneapolis, MN
• Build your confidence and skills
• Get real world experience on a project you own
• Conduct risk-based internal audits of operational, financial, and information technology functions across the globe
• Location options for Internship:
• Analyze financials, capital expenditures or cost center expenses

MUST HAVE:

To be considered for a summer 2024 Finance Internship, you must meet the following basic qualifications. To be considered for a position, clearly indicate how you meet these criteria on your resume .

• Undergraduate student with sophomore or junior level standing
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related finance major based on your school’s degree offerings
• Participants must be able to participate full time (40 hours/week) as part of our intern cohort:
• Monday, June 3 - Friday, August 16
• Candidates applying for Medtronic’s Summer Internship Program must have current work authorization and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The Medtronic Summer Internship Program does not provide work authorization sponsorship for summer intern positions. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for the Medtronic Summer Internship Program.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Relevant academic project and/or internship experience
• Minimum of a 3.0 out of 4.0 cumulative GPA
• Prior work on projects in a team environment
