• Support the daily operational focus and initiatives by helping productivity
• Develops and maintains weekly reports on findings within the operational task force
• Participate in team projects and presentations on lessons learned to the leadership team at the end of the rotation
• Collect data analytical information for the dedicated business unit

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree from a 2 or 4-year college or university preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field
• High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
• PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel

Essential Skills:

• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as with other employees and customers
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
• Knowledge of current technology in programming languages, infrastructure requirements, computing hardware, and software environments, or current development processes and tools
• Knowledge of and ability to apply statistical analysis skills to measure, analyze and improve service
• Ability to utilize office software systems and prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
