The Intern is responsible for learning the business lines of the company while also aiding in the impact of daily goals and productivity within the logistics operations.

- Support the daily operational focus and initiatives by helping productivity
- Develops and maintains weekly reports on findings within the operational task force
- Participate in team projects and presentations on lessons learned to the leadership team at the end of the rotation
- Collect data analytical information for the dedicated business unit

What projects will you work on in this role?
- New team initiatives involving various aspects such as implementations, process improvements, etc
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree from a 2 or 4-year college or university preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, Digital Arts & Sciences, or a related field
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel
Essential Skills:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as with other employees and customers
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
- Knowledge of current technology in programming languages, infrastructure requirements, computing hardware, and software environments, or current development processes and tools
- Knowledge of and ability to apply statistical analysis skills to measure, analyze and improve service
- Ability to utilize office software systems and prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics
- Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
