Description of Work Unit
Mentor will provide program support and participant mentorship at the Ute Mountain Ute ISTAR summer camp in Towaoc, CO.

Position Summary
Mentors Will
  • Assist with delivery of youth STEM program for the Ute Mountain Ute tribe
  • Facilitate culturally relevant educational activites during camp program
  • Contribute to curriculum development and program set up/clean up
Position Minimum Qualifications
  • Understanding of and experience with Indigenous cultural protocols
  • Previous experience with educational summer programs for Indigenous youth
  • Completion of ETST 240 or equivalent experience/education
Preferred Qualifications
Same as above.
