The Opportunity
One Medical is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance Team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. This position will have the opportunity to work on financial projects in a rapidly growing healthcare environment.
You will partner directly with our finance and business partners to support strategic decisions. As a financial analyst on the team you will own key processes across reporting, forecasting, and medicare analytics. You will help design new processes that provide critical and timely evaluation of our financial risks to the strategic finance team.

What You'll Work On

• Develop and improve financial and business processes to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and actionability of reporting in support of business goals.
• Build business partner relationships across the organization
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist management and key stakeholders in interpreting data, investigating opportunities, and gaining insights as it relates to the Medicare lines of business.
• Clearly and concisely articulate complex analyses to various stakeholders and business leaders.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reporting.

What You'll Need

• Experience in budgeting support and developing reports and dashboards
• Demonstrates attention to detail
• Medicare and/or Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• Experience in data visualization experience; Tableau, Looker, PowerBI required
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• 2+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or healthcare analytics
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Experience in finance systems; Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Anaplan, Cognos or similar
• Ability to work cross functionally with stakeholders (Operations, FP&A, Accounting, Clinical, etc.) across the organization

This is a full-time role based anywhere in the east or central time zones
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $60,800 - $106,000 . However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
