Store Manager - King Of Prussia

"Is your passion in retail?” We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations in our store in King of Prussia. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment. “Do you have the gift of motivating those around you?” The successful leader will have experience building and motivating a team to effectively serve the customer and drive sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Be able to adapt to an UNTUCKit selling culture
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve maximum performance
• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Confidently train, coach and develop team members using UNTUCKit University training tools and resources
• Effectively delegate tasks to team members
• Accurately track store budgets and manage ordering procedures
• Ability to take on more responsibilities from your market managers
• Have strong knowledge of multi-channel POS Systems
• Control inventory levels and provide feedback to corporate partners of trends
• Lead through the UNTUCKit CORE values
• Network within your market and keep corporate partners in the loop of local trends
• Analyze sales and expense reports
• Champion of personal development through partnership with your direct supervisor
• Attract, hire and retain a diverse team of top talent
• Manage all aspects of operational compliance within the store
• Create and ensure a cohesive work environment that inspires engagement
• Empower Assistant Manager to manage visual operations and provide guidance

Requirements

• Hour expectation 40 hours/week, 5 days a week
• BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field, preferred
• Proficient in Apple technology, G-Suite, and Multi-channel POS systems
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility; ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Proven experience as a retail manager
• Ability to work in the store alone
• Have a growth and development mindset with strong business acumen
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which will include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
• Excellent knowledge of retail point of sale systems
