Responsibilities:

• Address customer complaints and handle cash register problems.
• Coordinate daily store operations (e.g. opening and closing time, break times etc.) and manage employee schedules when necessary.
• Ensure that each service and product meets company standards.
• Keep an accurate inventory of all products and services sold in order to avoid stock-outs.
• Plan inventory levels to meet demand; ensure a wide variety of products are available throughout the year .
• Organize and attend regular meetings with store team members (daily meetings, weekly meetings etc.) to go over store performance, discuss any issues or area for improvement, give recognition where it’s due, share upcoming events etc.
• Follow company standards and procedures for staff management and training as needed.
• Provide training to employees on policies, procedures and company products/services.
• Ensures that health code requirements are met and enforced at all times.
• Upsell products and manage sales and special offers.
• Assist with budget through effecient use of labor and limiting product waste.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
