Store Director


The Store Director motivates their team to achieve company objectives and metrics. They manage resources efficiently to drive business and they maximize productivity and profit. This role represents our brand standards across all aspects of the business.. While in the role this individual is expected to demonstrate integrity, honesty and knowledge. This position will promote our company’s culture, values, and mission while fostering a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect and teamwork while bringing the 5 I’s to life in accordance with our company values.. The Store Director also understands and ensures proper security procedures are followed. This position reports to the District Manager.


Primary Job Functions

  • Deliver 4 Wall EBITDA plans through flawless execution of all O5 direction, strategy and resources available
  • Operate with a sense of urgency to be customer ready: appropriately hired, staffed, merchandised, clean and well maintained.
  • Maximize associate productivity through teaching and training to the operating model and process standards as they continue to evolve
  • Leverage existing reporting to track successes and opportunities across the relevant KPIs, create action plans to address deficiencies
  • Drive accountability within the leadership team to deliver the expectations within their sphere of responsibility

  • Excellent communication skills with customers, associates and business partners
  • Can play the role of Chief Merchant of their store
  • Strong business acumen, able to make financial and operational decisions to balance earnings with customer needs
  • Maintains a standard of Operational Excellence
  • Attention to detail and strong follow through on responsibilities

You Also Have:

  • Strong merchandising skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a selling workforce and achieving results
  • 5 - 10 years of store management experience
  • Proficiency in utilizing available technology including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • College degree or equivalent
