Position: Store Director
Reports to: Head of Retail
Responsibilities:

Role Responsibilities
Implement all retail direction in stores including, but not limited to the following areas:
a) Selling Culture
b) Merch Guidelines
c) Markdowns & Promos
d) National & Local Events
• Utilize key reports to drive store actions on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual scale.
• Create store schedule to support business needs
• Meet & Exceed sale plans by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sale staff
• Improve conversion rate in store with a goal of a 1%-2% improvement year over year
• Attract, hire, develop and retain the best team to meet both short and long-term business goals.
• Set 1 on 1’s at the end of each pay period to discuss individual team performance and goals.
• Build a clientele driven business rooted in developing relationships to support repeat business.
• Ensure all stores are capturing, managing & following up with all customers profiles
• Ensure all employees Follow Up with their customers in a meaningful & timely manner.
• Maintain a keen awareness of the external market and competition.
• Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in
• Support Marketing events and contribute to local collaborations.
• Ensure all administrative responsibilities are handled in an efficient & timely manner. (HR, FINANCE, INVENTORY PROCESSES)
• Continuously collaborate with Head of Store
• Experience & Inventory & Head of Visual to ensure roll out of key strategies
• Ensure store is operating in compliance with all Billy Reid policies
Key Market Store Director (Additional):
Key Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of retail store management experience, ideally with a bridge retail brand
• Proven performance driving top-line sales growth in multiple different roles
• Strong background of hiring and developing other leaders
• Strong leader, with a history of developing team members
• Ability to analyze key business metrics to identify performance opportunities
• Resiliency – ability to find alternative solutions
• Effective collaborator with peers and home office partners
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when appropriate
• Experience managing a P&L to support end of year profits
