Job Description
Job Responsibilities


Under direct supervision of the Director of Research and Institutional Effectiveness, performs a variety of advanced administrative support duties related to Institutional Effectiveness; applies policies and procedures in support of the institutional research functions of the College; maintains confidential data files; processes, calculates and prepares for publication all internal and external institutional survey processes; prepares trend charts and the annual Fact Book; processes student evaluations and other in-house surveys; assists in federal and state reporting; assists with SACSCOC accreditation; and other duties as assigned.Prepares, disseminates, receives and tallies all internal and external College survey instruments, including online surveys and student evaluations of instruction; processes, calculates and prepares for publication all internal and external institutional survey processes; prepares trend charts and the annual Factbook; and posts data to the IE website. Collects, maintains and warehouses confidential institutional data in accordance with specific federal, state and SACSCOC guidelines or standards; assists with the compilation of the College's Accountability Report and the Institutional Effectiveness Report in an accurate and timely manner; and assists in collecting data for the Federal IPEDs Reports.


Minimum And Additional Requirements


A high school diploma and clerical or paraprofessional experience involving the compilation of data and statistics
