Job Summary:

The Equipment and Startup Engineer will be an ambitious and energetic individual who will help NDIMAXIM expandour real estate development division. You will be leading NDIMAXIM real estate development division with the focus on supply chain and equipment and building materials sourcing. Significant sources will come from Asia and South America.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Manage the Showroom
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Identify and source windows and doors from manufacturers from Asia which includes Vietnam and China.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Manage financials and billings of orders.
  • Manage daily operations of the main office, and ensure that essential operations are running smoothly
  • Consult and specify window and door products to customers
  • Preparesales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Work with importers to import inventoriesto the U.S.
  • Reach out to contractors, subcontractors and builders to supply our products

Education and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese is a huge plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • BS in Mechanical engineering, project management and technical support
  • 5 plus years of mechanical engineering work especially in the HVAC and hardware development
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • 2-3 years of workingexperience as a business development manager, sales professional, or a relevant role
