Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a logistics company in Haverhill, MA that is searching for a Staff Accountant to add to the team and help drive success. Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can interview immediately. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company that offers competitive pay and excellent benefits.
The responsibilities for the Staff Accountant will include but will not be limited to:
  • Perform accounting and audit work in support of corporate.
  • Assist with the month end close and perform adjusting journal entries for a variety of departments
  • General ledger, assist with production and analysis of financial statements.
  • Perform accounting for international locations and those operations.
  • Special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Staff Accountant role should have experience that meets the following requirements:
  • Recent experience as a Staff Accountant in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • Recent experience with accounting systems and good Excel skills
