• Showcase your analytical knowledge by completing assigned monthly account analyses and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Become a master of fixed assets, including depreciation, acquisitions, disposals and the implementation of our new fixed assets software package.
• Expertly analyze customer cash receipts to accounts receivable balances and monitor accounts receivable aging, facilitating optimal cash flow for our organization.
• Streamline our operations and make a lasting impact by managing accounts payable processes and exploring opportunities for automation.
• Embrace exciting challenges as you assist the CFO and accounting assistant with special projects, utilizing your skills to drive success in diverse areas of our finance department.
• Propel us forward with your sharp financial skills as you complete month-end assignments with precision and efficiency.
• Showcase your attention to detail by preparing schedules to support our year-end tax returns.
• Dive into the details and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
• Create and review general journal entries with accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with inventory costing analysis and help us maintain accurate inventory.

• Your stellar communication skills and interpersonal skills will allow you to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting is required for this position.
• Excel at Excel! Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office will be your secret weapon in this role.

Working Hours and LocationYou'll be part of our dynamic team on-site, enjoying a Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule. We believe in the power of face-to-face interactions and collaboration, so this position requires 100% on-site presence.
