Job Description
About The Company


Our client is a premier global real estate and lifestyle company with assets valued at over $60 billion. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices and entering contracts for various firm projects.


Responsibilities


  • Entering and maintaining contracts in the firms accounting software
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by management
  • Tracking, coding, and processing invoices
  • Matching invoices against contracts for invoices processed through Ariba
  • Work with property operations and development teams for invoice approvals


Requirements


  • Knowledge of Textura or JD Edwards a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel


Salary Range


$75,000-$90,000
