Skills and attributes for success

• Assist as needed with the entering of fixed asset activities with the FAS program
• Assist with the preparation of annual tax returns to include forms 1096/1099
• Process payroll, GRT returns, quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
• Assist with preparation of compiled financial statements
• Assist with entering client source transactions (checks, deposits, etc.) to update the bookkeeping data file
• Provide support for seniors & managers to prepare annual trial balances as needed
• Assist with account reconciliations on an as-needed basis

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Relevant practical accounting or finance experience is a plus
• Have or be working toward, a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Excellent verbal/written English communication skills
• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
