Job Description

Title: Sr. Systems Analyst


Location: Hybrid From Westlake, TX


The Skills You Bring


  • Experience analyzing and/or validating complex data sets using SQL is highly desirable
  • Support in building current and future capability and process maps
  • Team mentality with solid ability to articulate strategy and decisions
  • Proficiency in conducting a methodical evaluation of system capabilities relative to business needs; ability to speak to the business, but also translate to practical technical specifications for the software development team
  • Ability to articulate both business and technical needs as functional and non-functional user stories
  • Ability to support integrated and regression testing
  • Ability to identify and assess technology solutions with an understanding of both the technical and operational (people/process) dependencies
  • Experience with coordinating and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience in working with UXR and UXD in supporting research and design is desirable
  • Excellent listening, communication (verbal and written), influencing, and presentation skills
  • Experience with visualization tools/data insights is desirable
  • Experience in gathering requirement needs for UI development
