The Opportunity


As a creative problem-solving partner for the sales team, we guide solutions for workflow problems facing the largest enterprises and brands in the world. We collaborate on exciting opportunities that require deep proven experience and creativity to solve. Our job is to simplify the complex and be a credible, trusted advisor for customers, partners, and your teammates. As part of this role, you will build workflow diagrams, informative materials, marketing collateral, and use cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of Document Cloud APIs to customer’s and partner’s daily work stream. In this role, you will also assist in evolving the DC Growth team to ensure we continue at the forefront of industry knowledge, customer empathy, and implementation.


What You'll Do


  • Work with partner development teams to understand and document existing partner use cases and integration configuration
  • Ensure Sign Embed partners are developing a scalable and secure integration that meets Adobe security standards for certification
  • Develop and maintain the Postman repository to demonstrate various API flows and use cases
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
  • Organized, able to balance multiple work streams at once and multi-task
  • Advise and educate internal and external audiences on Acrobat Sign API’s capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work you’re doing
  • Deliver technical Acrobat Sign API demonstrations and presentations
  • Project management skills in delivering on-time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs
  • Provide technical, functional, and subject matter expertise to Acrobat Sign Embedded partners


What You Need To Succeed


  • Fundamental understanding of cloud architecture
  • Experience in RESTful API, JAVA, Python, webhooks, & PHP / API level integrations
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions and how they can solve client business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience scripting or coding
  • Self-managed, adaptable, and dedicated to customer support
  • Understanding of partner lifecycle management techniques and processes a plus
  • Conceptually understand partner business requirements and translate them into Adobe Sign API design and development activities
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with clients or partners in a technical role(s)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate/coordinate efforts across many organizations
  • Some travel may be required
  • Strong verbal and writing skills
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,200 -- $265,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).


In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
