A role in Property Management means the opportunity to maximize the performance and longevity of Target’s assets while delivering value, reliability and brand integrity. Leverage and stretch your skills, whether your focus is electrical and plumbing, fire and security, smart buildings, HVAC and refrigeration, waste management and recycling, donations programs, or energy utility expense management. The Sr. Program Owner is accountable for strategic vendor and project management for doors and back room dock assets across all Target stores. In this role, you will strategically evaluate vendor performance developing process improvements to address corrective actions as needed. Leveraging data and your experience, you’ll uncover opportunities, identify root cause and develop strategic resolutions to common issues. You will have financial accountability for expenses and capital associated with projects and repairs. As you monitor and manage budgets within financial guidelines, you will proactively communicate financial trends and risks associated with budgets to the finance team and appropriate Target Properties leadership. As a Sr. Program Owner you’ll be responsible for:
- Execute objectives that achieve strong levels of communication with leaders, field teams and vendors.
- Use multiple data sources to identify trends where a proactive strategies will reduce reactive maintenance concerns and spend
- Build and support vendor and program strategies for stores
- Be accountable for the strategic development and management of program finances, forecasting and modeling.
- Maintain the development, implementation, and documentation of processes and training tools
- Deliver strategies to reduce service expense while maintaining overall service level expectations
- Recommend and implement short and long-term goals and initiatives
- Develop, advance and manage process improvements
About You:
- Demonstrated analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize effectively and drive innovations with a strong focus on project management.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
